DESCRIPTION: three-phase asynchronous generator without Lenz

the machine is a simple three-phase asynchronous rotary with rotating magnetic flux, therefore it is calculated for a particular flux on the air gap of 8500 gauss, which can move a few mechanical degrees in two opposite directions for the sole calibration of the phase, aided by a group of capacitors connected to the 3 rotor winding centers called 1-2-3.
The air gap is designed to have a small value, so that there is a low active current and the reactive current is taken care of by the 3 capacitors specially calculated to maintain it.
This machine has been called, since the beginning of its construction, made by the Italian scientist Galileo Ferraris: primordial rotating transformer; or induction motor; or voltage regulator; or phase shifter.
It is considered a transformer like the first ones built with the primary coils on a sheet metal pack with the 3 mechanical columns at 120° and naturally the 3+3 base and height crosspieces joined together in the shape of a closed triangle or circular crown, then out of use due to the choice of the 3-column circuit aligned on a flat surface.
So in many respects it is an ideal magnetic circuit machine for experimentation.
these windings are constructed using the two sides of the stator sheet metal pack and the terminals are distinguishable with letters
: U – V – W as principles; X – Y – Z respectively as ends for the one mounted on the right while the other has letters
U1 – V1 – W1 as principles; X1 – Y1 – Z1 respectively as ends for the one mounted on the left.
The winding on the right can be distinguished on the diagram located on the part of the sheet called FRONT while the other on the opposite part of the sheet called REAR with dotted terminals.
The diagram is below on 15 kW 160L6 sheet metal with 54 slots; 240 170 225 sheet metal; 20 15 35 hollow; 90.81 mm2 hollow section.
Each winding will have the same inductance by construction with coils all geometrically identical whose path follows opposite directions but belong to the same phase angles. It must be said, to understand well, that the windings are built at 180 mechanical degrees and that is to say they are in
counter position with respect to the observer or so to speak in three-dimensional space; so that, to obtain the wortex, these windings must be connected in an appropriate way: that is, with an indicator of the cyclic direction in order to obtain a
against the direction of the 3 three phases “u – v – w”.

This machine is called a rotating transformer because it has a locked rotor, it behaves like a primordial three-phase transformer with crossbars crossed by bidirectional flows that rotate among themselves in a complex imaginary space (complex numbers) and, as I see it, it turns out to be very better manipulated as windings than those of the non-primordial three-phase transformer.
It all lies in the enormous possibility that the rotor has in positioning itself, with its rotating field, in a millimetrically precise and perfect position as the starting phase.
While modern transformers do not possess this prerogative and must be handled like coils of windings. (their vectors)
However, even if manipulating the windings does not constitute a crime, nevertheless the physicist RUCHKIN was indicted and sentenced to prison, but was then freed and fired from the company where he had the opportunity to have his experience rich in meaning for me.

It should be noted that the flows on the crosspieces have a point called anomalous with discordant flows which, given the same induction, can have a lower height.
I am convinced, even more after my two-phase test, that this is the optimal solution to be able to obtain the best efficiency ratio by designing the machine like in the old days
, completely open due to the cooling of the laminations and the copper. The optimization will take place with the use of the worm screw and companion wheel which will place the creation of the rotating field in conditions of angular compromise (phasing).
As a start, the concept of wortex is clear, I say that being able to totally or partially destroy the effect of the counter torque on the crankshaft makes electrical energy available which is positioned above the unit efficiency only because the current that flows through it is the one that is develops as an electrical loss inside the machine = joule effect in the 3 windings (exciter + 2 in wortex + sheet metal in watt/kg) there are no mechanical losses.
Quantum physics relating to the formulas of electro magnetism which are not yet well defined will tell you why.

.On the terminal board the assembly is carried out in such a way as to keep the central phase in the same position, while the other two phases in a crossed position, meaning that the voltage will come out in an opposing way with a generation of the three perfectly counter-rotating voltages.
In hindsight it is possible to keep it stationary while saving mechanical losses by using a semi-fixed wound rotor.
This is a significant fraction of the power supplied since it only supports dissipation linked only to the losses due to the Joule effect of the windings Pj = 3*R*I^2 and the losses on the laminations.
The Lenz effect is completely eliminated by the two opposing rotating fields. it is generally called counter torque or mechanical effort. EMF (electro magnetic force)
The capacitors for rotor power factor correction are chosen with the below-mentioned criterion:
after having built the machine and mounted the rotor, the inductances relating to the phases in milliHenry will have to be measured between points 1-2-3, in order to then choose the value of the capacitance that is capable of entering into series resonance at the chosen frequency for operation with a 2 kW OMRON J1000 inverter
This way of proceeding is intended only as an objective to find the final resonance voltage linked to the winding inductance.
What I say comes to mind only for the reasons of generating the current in both windings and therefore to facilitate the aforementioned wortex.
Only with the maneuver of phasing the rotating field with the two stator windings, by means of the maneuver on the worm screw and companion wheel, is it possible to obtain the best transfer gain of the amplification of the current towards the outside.

The other two coils are built at 180° mechanical in direction of the current but do not belong to the same axis, they are moved by 60° electrical which is equivalent to saying that they are in the reversed position of position or, as it were, of column. you can see it well from the colors.
I noticed this difference only by testing the direction of travel of the machine once I had finished positioning the 6 windings which must not only be at 180° but must also have the direction of travel against each other otherwise the merit factor becomes much more small by 0.5 approximately 0.3 as if the effort on the shaft to keep it rotating became very high.
All colors are intended for concentric winding, but it is much better to wind in entangled skeins and constant pitch to have perfectly equal circulation currents.
The test on the two-phase is in over unit, but is affected by slip on the revolutions, as the milling of the two sides without the squirrel cage winding bothers it. It can also be seen from the waveform of the very deformed current and with the triangular sides and the two shortcomings due to the empty, unwrapped slots.
The double layer construction with imbricated coils all perfectly equal to each other is very important, which allows for an equal inductance for each circuit, eliminating imbalance of the three currents and therefore of the magnetic field.
It's AN IDEA OF THE RUSSIAN RUCHKIN on transformers made on a three-phase machine wound armatures in which the rotor has a three-phase winding that generates the rotating field, while on the stator there are two opposite windings either single-phase or three-phase. the three-phase windings must be connected in an appropriate way to have OU called free Energy otherwise extremely low efficiency values of 0.3…0.32 are obtained. The reasons are linked to the cyclic sense of the phases which in this case of 180° windings if not well connected become equal and double the effort on the shaft rather than canceling it.
The loads that can be supported by this vector system comes from the emf that each trio of vectors makes available in two separate three-phase circuits whose operating frequency is determined by the J1000 potentiometer.
The arrangement of the vectors is linked to the type of imbricated winding with equal inductance and constant pitch.
This winding model ultimately presents itself as a system of counter-rotating three-phase vectors which has a notable advantage regarding the electromagnetic reaction compared to the original or rotor magnetic field: it is the total absence of the Lenz effect or how to say the electromagnetic counter-reaction EMF canceled completely.
For this reason alone it is possible to generate electric power without having the relative counter torque on the axis.
Only the Russian electrical physicists RODIONOV VG and the Ukrainian electrical physicist RUCHKIN VA managed to obtain electrical energy in OU using three-phase transformers appropriately modified as follows:
this connection is of the two-phase stator (called single-phase) capable of powering two independent single-phase loads without resonant capacitors. To carry out the connection suitability tests, measure the inductance between U+U' and V+V' which they must give a value close to zero because they have opposite values.

this is a simple 6-pole two-phase with 3 coils in series per pole and per phase with 30°E/slot, distance between phases 90°E which there are 3 slots, while the emf of each coil is arranged at 180° but it is better to say that the current flowing through them is opposite, therefore a zero reaction is deduced in both 2 phases. the rotating fields circulate in two opposite directions creating the cancellation of the counter torque or the EMF = 0. In contrast, only the central phase drawn at the maximum contrast and therefore at the maximum value of the current is clearly visible.

Very low and with instrumental problems for ammeters of 2 different types, one digital clamp and the other analog electromagnetic which is less influenced by electrical induction disturbances.
Terni QEG scheme started in 2012 from 28 A to 2.4 A.
The machine drawn here belongs to the old types of three-phase voltage regulators called rotary transformers whose rotor was wound for a primary voltage of up to 6000 ……10000 volts in insulating oil for cooling; see the simplified electrical diagram below, in this way the reaction on the shaft becomes null even in conditions of short circuit of both secondaries while the short circuit on only one of the stator windings which we will call secondary (A) also has repercussions on the other secondary (B) which self-powers the rotating field of the machine and automatically the machine itself becomes with the peculiar characteristic of self-protecting in the sense that since it is self-powered the short circuit on the side A is also heard by side B which powers the same machine and therefore causes the absorption to collapse. this machine powered in this way is like the operation of the old self-excited dynamos whose short circuit was not powered. There is another way of thinking about the electrical energy that comes out of the two 180° wortex windings: the two currents that come out to power the load resistors produce a dissipation in watts on both sides but this energy, produced by the machine, belongs to two opposite sinusoids whose sum is zero and therefore even if they exist outside and produce heat inside the machine they are zero but the currents are there and therefore produce their effect only in the copper of the windings and then there is a quantity of dissipated energy w= 2*3*R*I^2 which are the losses in the copper of the two windings. At this point we can say that the triads of capacitors in series resonance on the external load are useless because they are not necessary since the machine itself provides the rotating operating field coming from the rotor winding which we can call primary and therefore the secondary windings are on the stator and these can be built both in three-phase and single-phase format. You have already experienced the single-phase format with your Terni QEG with 2 poles, double winding, variable reluctance milled rotor with a utilization factor of over 2.5 times and with a very disastrous waveform and on two resistors of 3 kW in total , and three-phase launch motor that drew 2.4 amps at 380 volts instead of 28 amps from ENEL. (see their control) .

In the single-phase one we understand very well the counter-rotation of the voltage vectors which forms a cancellation of the effects of the two rotating fields that oppose each other, on the three-phase scheme we see much less and therefore we are unable to see the cancellation of the regulating effects the creation of the free OU, however you can see the formation of 2 opposing rotating fields that cancel out the LENZ effect. To notice the 180° opposition of the vectors it is enough to see that the emf in the two windings are always opposite with respect to their principles and the electromagnetic phenomenon as a result must be analyzed in the surrounding space in three-dimensional form and this is why with the three-phase in perfect 180° opposition you have to instrumentally analyze the direction of rotation of the phases otherwise you will make a gross setup error due to the observer, which is equivalent to saying that the phenomenon must be seen by the observer where it is actually needed, he must not stay still but follow the action. You need to draw in perspective and you realize the gross error in the setup.
NOTE that this winding is used on the stator which represents (with respect to the transformer) the famous crosspieces in which it was thought the two opposite flows could exist as Tewari had intuited and in fact their currents that occur inside them offer two opposite directions of rotation of magnetic fields and therefore do not recall reaction current from the exciter which is the rotor.
This is the only reason why free can be pulled off very effectively.

It therefore remains a static machine in conditions of free energy exploitation in OU: free Energy. As below, verify the non-existence of inductance by placing the windings in series between their ends; 6-pole single-phase machine.
The type of winding above, with constant pitch, allows practically identical inductance values ( very important ).
The machine below is three-phase in Wortex connection otherwise it won't work, the one above has two-phase windings with rotating fields in opposition and you need to carefully research the direction of the phases, I went crazy with it for 2 days with the help of the measurements.
The type of winding is concentric but suffers from a slight difference in inductance between them of approximately 2.5%+ / -.
The type with constant pitch imbricated coils is BETTER.
The effect of the magnets is expressed only by the recovery of the asynchronous revolutions as well as that of the tendency to increase the induced voltage and therefore with the same current on the load there will no longer be a collapse in the number of revolutions, but the constancy of the revolutions around the frequency set on the inverter. Poor RUCHKIN did not have the opportunity to move
the angle of formation of the three-phase system of the exciter and then managed to modify the voltages between the secondaries.

The reason is that if you put it perfectly in opposition you realize that the machine doubles the Lenz effect and becomes a
